Wendy is a litigation specialist with over 30 years experience. She appears as Counsel in all New Zealand courts.
Wendy started her career in civil litigation at Grove Darlow and Partners. She then joined Meredith Connell where she was a crown prosecutor and later, an associate of the firm. She prosecuted serious crime in the District and High Courts between 1994 and 2014. She also acted on behalf of the Crown in many civil claims for damages. In 1998, Wendy moved to Dunedin where she was a senior associate at Anderson Lloyd and developed a practice in insolvency, estate and trust litigation. She returned to Auckland in 2002 and to Meredith Connell.
Wendy joined the independent bar in 2014. She has a special interest in wills, trust and estate litigation, general civil disputes, relationship property, and elder law.
